If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from purchase. Returns must be in new condition, in the state you received them.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for customized or personalized product.

Returns Policy

New Balance is committed to fitting you in the right gear to meet your goals, and as such, we back our products with a 45-day 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Free Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 45 days from purchase. Returns must be in new condition, in the state you received them. New Balance reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom uniforms, apparel, or footwear.

  • Contact Customer Care via email or text with your order number and the style(s) needing to be returned. If eligible for a return, a prepaid UPS return label will be emailed to you within two business days.
  • A new order can be placed at any time for a more desirable size, width, or color.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your package to process your refund and credit your account.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the purchase price along with any applicable taxes.
  • For returns purchased with a Gift Card, please email Customer Care with your order number and desired exchange style/size/width. We will provide a free return label and will submit your new order based on your desired style/size/width.
  • Items purchased at a retail store should be returned to the store.
  • If your custom order has not been produced as ordered, please email your order number, a description of the issue (style, size, quantity, etc.), and an image to customercare@newbalanceteam.com.
