Order Process

1. You must register on NewBalanceTeam.com to save any of your designs.

2. Customize your New Balance jerseys, shirts, pants and shorts.

3. Indicate the quantities for each size and enter the team name details.

4. Save your design under your account.

5. Click the light blue 'Contact a Rep' button on the bottom right of the page.

6. Enter your email address and zip code and click 'SEND'. A New Balance Sales Representative will follow up with you via email within 3 business days.

7. Once you finalize the order with your New Balance Sales Representative, the order will be sent to NewBalanceTeam.com Customer Care for processing.

Visit www.newbalanceteam.com/track for the most up to date status of your order.


Production & Delivery Time

Once a custom team order is placed, it can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. An Estimated Ship Date will be provided once your order does into production.

Once orders are in production at our factory, cancellations or changes are not accepted.

The styles and quantities ordered often result in having multiple tracking numbers and shipments from different warehouses. Each tracking number will be provided upon shipment.



Payment

Upon placing your order, there will be a pending authorization for the full amount of your order. Once your team store has closed and your custom items go into production, there will be a transaction for only the amount of your custom items. Non-custom items purchased are estimated to ship within two business days of your order being placed. There will be a separate transaction that represents all non-custom items, once all non-custom items on your order have shipped.
