Order Process

1. You must register on NewBalanceTeam.com to save any of your designs.

2. Customize your New Balance jerseys, shirts, pants and shorts.

3. Indicate the quantities for each size and enter the team name details.

4. Save your design under your account.

5. Click the light blue 'Contact a Rep' button on the bottom right of the page.

6. Enter your email address and zip code and click 'SEND'. A New Balance Sales Representative will follow up with you via email within 3 business days.

7. Once you finalize the order with your New Balance Sales Representative, the order will be sent to NewBalanceTeam.com Customer Care for processing.


Creating Custom Uniforms

1. Choose a New Balance jersey or pant from the product page of the sport you play/coach.

2. Use the color matrix in the upper right corner to change the colors on each piece of the jersey or pant. For most jerseys, you can change the color on the front, back, sleeves, logo, and even some of the details like collar/sleeve ends.

3. Click the 'Save To My Locker' icon under the 'Contact a Rep for Pricing & Benefits'.

4. Name your design, click the red 'Proceed' button, and then log-in or create a New Balance Team Account. NOTE: It is imperative that you either log-in or create an account in order to save the design.

5. The page will redirect to the 'Log-In or Create a New Balance Team Account' page. 

6. Design saved to your account.


Checking Order Status

Production & Delivery Time

Please note that standard deliveries for custom team orders take a minimum of 45 days. Depending on the size and level of customization, the order may take longer. When New Balance receives the order and places it with our factory, we will confirm that your request date can be met.

Rush orders under 45 days are not accepted. Once orders are in production at our factory, cancellations or changes are not accepted.

Please keep in mind orders can have multiple tracking numbers due to the size of an order and also that products come from different warehouses.



Final Order Placement and Payment

Before final order placement, please review your order one last time on your order sheet. The order sheet will list all product colors and features that you have chosen and will show the total price. You will be charged per your terms with New Balance Athletics, Inc. or on the credit card submitted once the order has shipped.
